DO YOU DO ONLINE COACHING?
I primarily train in person as intensity, equipment, and exercise form can be monitored more closely. If you have a tight schedule or location is an issue, I am happy to train virtually.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
Integrity is a rare attribute among people and especially trainers. The bottom line tends to make sales the main goal in the fitness industry. I believe quick fixes and unrealistic timelines demean the notion of a trainer. I don't tell people what they want to hear, I tell them what they need to hear.
DO YOU PROVIDE NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET/MEALPLAN?
I provide nutritional counseling to improve habit. Following and purchasing a mealplan can help rapidly change body composition, but it is difficult to maintain that kind of lifestyle, and most people revert back to their prior selves once they stop.
